Using Nature As a Palette
Hello Guys! I created this look using colors from nature as a palette. Also with a touch of inspiration from the forest queen Shakuntala.
For this look, I paired this camel colored corset top with a puffed sleeve with a Mehendi Green palazzo saree from Tjori.com. A palazzo saree is basically a palazzo with a shawl but with buttons to join the two. I used bronze jewelry as accessories. Also, carried a handmade leather purse that I picked up from Handicrafts Exhibit in Pondicherry. For this shoot, like other times, I decided to blend in with the background rather than stand out. The face was kept neutral, except for a heavily winged brown liner, that stands out.
This is a semi-formal Indianized day look. You can see yourself wear something similar to a slightly upscaled event like a meet and greet event, or high tea. For a change of wardrobe, you can wear this outfit instead of wearing a handloom saree. You can also make it casual by wearing a printed kurta instead of this crop top. The best part about this pant-saree is that you can also ditch the shawl anytime. You can also wear it to work by pairing it with a buttoned-up top.
Hope you liked my styling for this outfit. Thanks for dropping by.
xoxo
