Style File : Its raining in Kansas

I'd like to imagine that if Dorothy was from a town in Kansas and it was all green and rainy, this is how she would totally dress. Jokes aside, this polka trend from last year has crawled up to my skin and it won't come off and I don't mind it at all. The 80s and 90s are making a comeback, last year it was the return of the polkas, this year, is the year of chunky shoes. PS: I just can't wait to get a hold on one of them.
