Water Baby
Water Water Water baby! Water everywhere ! Introducing one of the best shoots I've ever had till date. Combining fashion and water is the definition of fun for me. I cannot describe the joy I had whilst twisting and twirling around the pool during the shoot. I could do this forever!!
For this shoot, I wore a dirty olive maxi skirt from my favorite store from London, AllSaints. This store is all kinds of awesome and you need to see it to believe it. Every dress is one of a kind here. The AllSaints aesthetics focuses on making modern, edgy and vintage style pieces that are usually in the shades of greys and neutrals. This high end label is mainly meant for androgynous girls because not all girls like to be feminine and girly. I do not know what category I belong to, but for this shoot I chose to be edgy yet girly. Although the whole combination of a croptop and a maxi skirt feels very Indian. AllSaints ships worldwide, but I have to warn y'all about the heavy import duties. The floral bralet is from Asos , I got these during the summer sale and is out of stock now. One thing great about Asos clothes is that they fit brilliantly.
The lacey choker is from BlurStore. I purchased them at their outlet in The Lost Party. They make edgy one of a kind accessories. I love their sunglasses collection the most. Do check them out. This statement choker is just enough for completing the look. It is a major fashion faux pas to compliment a statement accessory with another.
Waterproof make-up was very important for this shoot. I used the Lakme Absolute Waterproof Liquid Liner to draw the wings in my eyes. They stayed intact throughout the shoot. It is long stay and highly economical. But it leaves a glossy finish, which might be a good thing but I am more of a matte person. If you find a highly waterproof liquid liner with a matte finish, please do let me know. On the lips, I wore Retro by Mac which is a muted peachy pink caramelised brown. This compliments with my lip color but it is a few shades darker. This color is most suitable for the no make up look I am totally adorning these days.
I had so much fun during this shoot and the pictures turned out to be brilliant. Thanks to the ever so talented impulsive photographer of mine, Mr Debsourabh Ghosh for motivating me to do something out of the box. Also thanks to my dearest friend Nikhil for lending me the pool for the shoot. Hope you liked the pictures. I have postponed my previous post because I just couldn't wait to show these pictures to the world. Do let me know what you think about the shoot by posting a comment below. Thank you for reading and see you next week. Until then, stay stylish.
Xoxo,
Pav

ReplyDeleteYou can plan an action-packed day filled with fun and play at the park. Take your kids and family to a different and hopefully bigger park in a surrounding community. It will change the typical experience. This will keep the outing fresh and avoid boredom.

Home that is under the threat of frequent spills often has wet spots on its walls and floors. But if you find wet spots where you are sure the chances of spills are negligible then you must look for possible leakage, which is hidden under the wall.
