Go Grunge

I've been waiting to shoot in this location for ages! This place takes me back to childhood when my friend and myself used to bike here and wonder about the hidden waterfall / cave somewhere down below this place, a beautiful piece of land with tall grass on both sides of the road. During this season, the grass was luscious green, perfect for the shoot.

The grey midi tshirt dress worn in this shoot is bodycon and just not for my type of body but I picked it up anyways hoping to lose some weight someday and fit into it. After this shoot, I realised that I still need to workout a bit more before wearing this with utter confidence. I paired this dress up with a buffalo plaid men's shirt borrowed from a friend and wore my favorite pair of shoes this season. It is velvet and the heel of it is rubbery and quite heavy. I picked it up from Bershka, Hong Kong.

The accessories paired with these clothes are so random, a few from the lot are so old that I don't even remember buying them. I used the silver anklet from Forever21 as a hand chain on my left hand. The black thread like choker worn on my neck is actually a headband, then comes the silver choker from Forever21, below that is the faux tiger tooth necklace and the 3 layered chain from the F21. On my right hand I am wearing the bracelet and ring set picked up from F21 as well.

The makeup this time was nothing but lipstick and super dark liner above and below my eyes, I usually keep it very light but this time I went in all bold. I smudged the liner to give a grunge feel to the whole look. I have been looking for the perfect chocolate brown matte lipstick since two years and I finally found it in the Estee Lauder Modern Muse Le Rouge collection, Shade : Desirious 130.
