La Vie En Rose : Featuring Akira by Anindita

I'm thrilled to feature Akira by Anindita Sinha for the first time on my Blog. There are so many designers around delivering custom made designs to your doorstep but what sets Akira apart is the finishing, material quality and the unique designs. What I'm wearing is a one sided open floral silk tunic from her newest collection "Cali". Every outfit in Akira is tailor made and you can specify the measurements and it can be stitched accordingly. The designer, Anindita is a sweetheart and ensures that she caters to all your needs pertaining the outfit. I wore this tunic over a jeans short which was purchased at Forever 21.

The necklace is a beautiful piece by Outhouse. Outhouse is unique designer label and is a brain child of two talented sisters, Sasha and Kaabia Grewal. The designs are so edgy and fun, every piece is one of a kind and are usually studded, spiked, bejewelled and consists of disoriented pearls and are gothic yet pretty. It is a must-have high end designer label in your wardrobe.

The hand harness is beautiful piece from Prerto. I love Prerto because they are so unconventional and also can be worn over a casual outfit just to add the right kind of attention. Also they are light on the pockets because they have discounted offers during special occasions and you get a 20% off on your first purchase! Both these labels, Outhouse and Prerto cannot be compared to each other and are unique in their own way.

I am carrying a beautiful LoveTo clutch purchased from Pernia's Popup Shop. I love Loveto clutches. These babies go with all kind of ethnic outfits in your wardrobe. The clutch I'm carrying is an embellished silk piece woven with beautiful golden creepers. The color is neutral and hence will go with any bright colored outfit.

I'm wearing an age-old nude patent leather court nudes from Jimmy Choo. Nude Heels are always a must have in your wardrobe, especially for girls like me who do not have the amazing height factor of a super model.  These heels have the capacity to make you look taller when you are wearing something short. According to me, a pair of basic nude heels are a wardrobe staple. It can go with anything and everything, a saviour disguised as a shoe rather. So ladies, if you do not have one already, go shopping this weekend and purchase a pair of these handy basic nude pumps and you will not regret on this investment. (Psst, the end of season sale is happening all over shoe haven !)

I kept the look very basic with lightly lined eyes and a candy pink creamy lipstick from YSL( Rouge volupte Shine no. 6). They match the outfit very well. The nails were also painted with a similar shade from Inglot ( No. 703) . The look was completed with blue reflector aviators from Rayban which I'm absolutely in love with and are so in trend this season.
