Brunching With Devika Thakkar

Who doesn’t love brunches ! Brunches make me think of happy summers and parties with unlimited drinks, laughter and music. Brunch parties are my favorite day affair and I couldn't think of a better lady to star in this post.

Introducing Devika Thakkar, needless to say, this woman is a beauty! This glamorous woman should be in the fashion world. I love morning dress ups and It was too easy for me to dress her up, she literally looks good in anything and everything. The color variation in clothes during the day can be boundless whereas evening wear is restricted to certain colors hence withholding you from experimenting too much. Lately I've been lusting over the color teal, hence the teal backless crop top from Tobi.com was paired with these white beautiful flowy palazzo pants from  Fashion Forever store in Mumbai which gives outfit a very summery and fresh feel to it.

We decided to accessorise with pearl baubles, and a necklace (a good buy from Zara). Pearls are a classic, and often looks good with any kind of a formal day wear. And the pearl bracelet bunch is available at Accessorize. These baubles look even better when paired with this white ceramic Gc watch.

The Michael Kors satchel bag adds color to this outfit. I feel it is important to have at least three colours in your outfit especially when they are not shades of grey, kind of avoiding the monotonicity. The beige peeptoe platform pumps are a buy from Forever 21. Forever 21 stores have the trendiest and most economical collection to date. For a person who likes to keep her wardrobe frequently updated and does not mind their plagiarism, this is pure paradise. You just have to dig in a bit to get hold of something you like.

 The look was completed with brown oversized Jimmy Choo sunglasses. The hair was left open and was twisted into a braid at the front. Click on the link here for a tutorial on how to do it.
